Working principle:

Roller press is to rely on two opposite rotating rolls, the materials into the same sizes and relative rotation roll gap (V-type crushing chamber) by fabric device, through high pressure material layer crushing principle, after the material high-pressure extrusion (pressure to 150MPa), completely destroyed the interior crystal structure of the material, so that the material appear a large number of micro-cracks, and the material change mechanism, so as to achieve a dense cake and powder materials, the last fall between two roll, then sent by the conveyor.
