A Four roll two step broken

Four roll two step broken is general four roll crusher, roller surface is surfacing roll surface or flat roll surface, according to the size required to select a combination of roller, the machine is applicable to 60 mesh -5mm crushing operations, such as:manufacturing coke powder in steel industries; produce pulverized coal coking in coking industry; produce quartz sand in quartz industry; produce iron powder in iron ore industry etc., or similar to the above crushing occasions.
B Four roll three step broken

Four roll three step broken of roll surface can be choosed for surfacing roll surface and flat roll surface, according to the size required to select a combination,It is suitable for 100 mesh-3mm crushing operations, such as : the production of quartz sand, fine iron powder in mining industry,broken potassium feldspar, albite in ceramic industry; manufacture of stone powder for boiler desulfurization in thermoelectric industry; manufacturing slag powder, coal powder in cement industry; manufacturing gypsum powder in building industry; broken all kinds of chemical raw materials in chemical industry, etc., or similar to above broken occasions.

According to user requirements there are the belt drive and coupling drive (hard links). This drive motor can be refited to diesel or gasoline machine according to user requirements.

How to work?

Four roll crusher crush material by high extrusion pressure and shear force generated four high-strength wear-resistant rollers relative rotation, after the material into the top two rollers (V-type crushing chamber),the materials bear the squeeze pressure generated relative rotation of the upper two rollers, after the first time the materials is crushed (coarse broken), then into the middle of two counter-rotating rolls, after the scond time the materials is crushed (fine broken), the last into the next two rolls, the materials is crushed again (super fine broken),after broken to the desired size, then sent by the transport equipment. (only applies to the four roll three step broken model)
